Now I have to start back on exercising. The thing is though, as pathetic and fat-girl-ish as it sounds on my part...I HATE doing any sort of extended physical activity. It makes me feel worse about myself, and I get tired and out of breath easily. This is also why Gym is one of my most hated classes.
And I KNOW this whole diet/exercise song and dance will go the same way it always does: I'll try it, do well on it for, like, 2 weeks, then go back to my old habits. I really can't see myself getting any healthier.
God, how can I POSSIBLY still be alive right now?
